You can point to these files directly using the xml or xml.gz link.
(They are the same but the .gz file is compressed so smaller and faster to download, but less compatible. If you are unsure, use the normal xml file.)
These files contain 2 days of EPG data, and can be downloaded each up to 20x/day, but please don't.
We only update these files once a day and so should you, somewhere around 20:00 CET
You see for each guide the number of channels which you can click to see what these channels are.
You see next to each guide how "Fresh" this file is, hopefully in green and today's date
